Light Leaks, a mesmerizing festival favorite by world-renowned technology artist Kyle McDonald and Jonas Jongejan, Creative Technologist at Google Creative Lab; curated and produced by NEXTART. This will be the first time it’s shown as a standalone ticketed experience and at go-to destination ROW DTLA.

Light Leaks draws you in with its millions of flickering reflections. Dazzling at first, the reflections then begin to completely transform the space, offering total immersion – transporting you to an abstracted plane built from light, revealing a deeper experience once you let it all sink in.

Guests have reported feeling mesmerized, curious, tranquil as a result of the experience. The secret behind this unique sensation and optical illusion is the artists’ technical wizardry—rather than using projection in its traditional sense, the work is designed by composing 3D functions that capture different properties of the space and of our perception.

Tickets are $10 and offered at convenient 15 minute time slots that tout evening and weekend hours. Jump while supplies last – this experience disappears after 14 days.
